Traditionally Yoga has always been taught on a personal basis. This gives the opportunity for students of all levels to develop their own personal practice and to take into account any health and mobility problems they may have.

Private Classes and Seminars
Lynn runs private classes at certain times of the year for people who wish to continue their Yoga. A variety of Hatha Yoga, breathing techniques, relaxation and meditation will give you a truly enjoyable experience. These range from weekly classes to one off specialist events.
