During the day we will explore through Yoga postures, breathing techniques and meditation how we can use yoga to keep our heart healthy.
Physical activity, relaxation and meditation are essential for good health and contribute to positive well-being and can help to protect against coronary heart disease, strokes, obesity, hypertension, stress, anxiety etc.
The day will be suitable for everyone, beginners and experienced students welcome.
